These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made via our online store goMetalPrint.com, operated by SkaldVision AB, a company registered in Sweden under org. no. 559523-6166 with its registered office at Stora Nygatan 7, Malmö, Sweden.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.

Formation of Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding agreement is formed only once your order is shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent to you.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in [SEK/DKK/EURO] and include applicable VAT. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected delivery method.

We accept secure payments via:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Klarna (Pay Later, Pay Now, or Slice It)
- Shopify Payments

Payment is processed securely, and your data is handled in compliance with GDPR and PCI-DSS standards.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the European Union. Delivery times are estimated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and order volume.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If a product arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receipt to: support@goMetalPrint.com.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Notify us in writing via email: support@goMatalPrint.com
- Return the product(s) in original condition and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty

We will issue a refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products once production has begun.

Warranty & Complaints

You are entitled to claim under the Consumer Sales Act (Sweden) or Consumer Rights Act (UK) for faulty or defective items.

To initiate a complaint, contact: support@goMetalPrint.com within a reasonable time (recommended within 2 months of discovery). We comply with guidelines from the Swedish ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) and UK consumer authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, images, text, and product designs, are the property of SkaldVison AB or its licensors. Use or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses due to delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions). Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
