Shipping policy
Processing & Production
Each aluminum print is made to order, just for you. We typically ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your artwork is ready to go, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with FedEx, Bring, and Schenker to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Every print is carefully packed so it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Times & Regions
We currently deliver to countries within the European Union
- Later this year we will also deliver to Norway, the UK, and Switzerland
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden & Nordics: 2–3 business days after shipment
- EU: 2–4 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and order volume.
PO Boxes
We do not ship to Postal PO Boxes. Many of our prints are too large for them.
Delivery Point
If any package needs to be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do this within the time limit provided in the notification.
Packages normally must be retrieved personally with valid identification and the order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package can be picked up or received.
The notification may be sent by email, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or text.
Expedited Orders
Need it faster? Contact us before or immediately after ordering. We’ll check if express production or faster shipping options are available for your order — though this depends on destination and print size.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free or discounted shipping may apply to certain regions or order amounts (if applicable and shown during checkout).
Customs & Import Fees
There is no additional import fees or taxes for Metal Prints delivered within the European Union.
Address Changes
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Tracking links become active once the courier scans your parcel. If it’s not working after 48 hours, feel free to contact us.
If your tracking says "delivered" but the package is missing, let us know — we’ll help locate it or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Damaged Orders
If your print arrives damaged, please email support@gometalprint.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it.
If you as a customer notice that a shipment has been visibly damaged during transport, this should be reported immediately to the parcel agent at the delivery point.
