Refund policy

At GoMetalPrint, we take pride in delivering made-to-order art prints of the highest quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all standard made-to-order products featuring our original motifs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Contact us at support@gometalprint.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the product in unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging.
- The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

Custom & Personalized Items

Products that are customized to your personal request (e.g., including your name, photos, or other individual specifications) are non-refundable, except in the case of damage or defect. These are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right as per EU law.

Discounted or Sale Items

Products sold at a discounted price are eligible for return under the same 14-day right of withdrawal as regular items. Only returns for regular, non-customized items in original condition will be accepted. Sale items may be refunded at the discounted price paid. This applies as long as the item is not personalized and is returned in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We cover return shipping costs for verified claims.

Unclaimed & Refused Deliveries

If your parcel is not collected or is refused and returned to us, we reserve the right to:
- Charge a fee of €20 for handling and return shipping.
- Deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
